Why do I need a Salesforce Implementation Partner to Configure or Customize Salesforce for my organization?
Salesforce provides CRM and other marketing and digital transformation platforms. We configure and customize the products to meet the specific business goals for your organization.
Are your team members Certified by Salesforce?
Some of our architects and developers are certified by Salesforce. Others are going to be certified in the near future. We share certification details before signing the agreement.
What modes of engagement do you support?
We provide Development, Admin and Testing professionals on TNM (Time and Material) basis when the customer is responsible for the allocation of the work items. We can support onsite as well as offshore development with full ownership of the quality delivered by our team members. When the customer has a fixed set of requirements, we provide a detailed Fixed cost estimate with specific delivery and payment milestones. Change of scope is handled through mutually agreed Change Request process.
Are you a Salesforce Consulting partner?
Our Associates are working for a Salesforce ISV partner. We have more than 80,000 hours of experience developing products on Salesforce Platform and listing on Salesforce AppExchange. We are not a Salesforce Consulting partner yet.
What is your business and support hours?
For technical consultancy and customer meetings we are flexible. Our development hours are 10.00 AM to 7.00 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday - Friday. Support beyond these hours is available on the basis of a specific contract.
How many days of post-delivery support do you provide?
For fixed cost projects, depending upon the size and duration of the project, we provide up to 15% extra time beyond project delivery as free support for bug fixes. For example, for a 90 days project, we typically provide 2 weeks of free support.
